Having received alot of enquiries on this project,
my latest update on pricing is that it is around $2,800 psf.

This means if you are looking at smaller units ie 2bedrooms, it will be higher than $2,800psf - probably around $3,000 psf

while the penthouses units will be around $2,500++ psf.
